Awesome Company! I've used this company since purchasing my home in 2001. Pricing is affordable and company will work with you regarding payments. The technician is very friendly and professional. I can look forward to having the same tech to service my air and heating unit for every visit. Reminders are sent quarterly for service checkups, to take the worry out of trying to figure out when you should have your units checked and vents cleaned; in addition, suggestions are provided that are beneficial to keep systems running smoothly.

Our AC unit controller circuit board died the day before the hottest day of the year. Air Monkey (Hunter) helped me start testing right away, got to our house very quickly, persevered to diagnose and pushed the vendor for escalated and accelerated warranty service. He kept me informed throughout and got me the fastest possible fix. He also made sure it was a solid repair. Air monkey responded on the same day that I called.. I received a text message when they were on their way. I received a message when they arrived. The diagnosis was quick and efficient. I was given two quotes to choose from. I was able to approve online By the next day they had sourced the compressor and installed it the following day. I highly recommend air monkey.
