Based on my relationship with my two previous AC/Heating service companies, I was convinced the only relationship that would ever exist is one of uneasiness and buyer's remorse. I felt like I was upsold every single visit, nothing was ever "all is perfect, see you in 6 months", even after a brand new $17000 system installed less than 3 months, still recommendations to spend thousands more.
