Based on my relationship with my two previous AC/Heating service companies, I was convinced the only relationship that would ever exist is one of uneasiness and buyer's remorse. I felt like I was upsold every single visit, nothing was ever "all is perfect, see you in 6 months", even after a brand new $17000 system installed less than 3 months, still recommendations to spend thousands more. Then came Air Monkey. Air Monkey has restored my faith that LOCAL, HONEST and QUALTIY service companies still exist. Leo has been great to work with, Hunter even better than great. Hunter takes the time to explain everything with no issues understanding and I have never questioned his integrity. The fact that I have the same tech run the service each time is better than great. I strongly and whole-heartedly recommend Air Monkey for any and all of your AC/Heating needs, you will experience service the way it used to be - Customer first with character and integrity!
